  • You just did it! Looking for resources and deciding to ask for support is usually the hardest part. We would be happy to schedule a free 15-minute consultation to make sure this is a good fit for you or if you want to move ahead with an appointment after looking through our website, you can call, email us or sign up on our online portal, whichever is the easiest for you.

  • At your first session, your therapist will share a bit about their professional experience and therapy style and explain what our policies are. They will talk to you about why you chose to seek help at this time and what you want to achieve by coming to therapy. They will also ask you about what types of therapy you are most interested in so they can tailor future sessions to your needs. 

  • While medication is sometimes an important component in addressing your mental health, it is most effective when used together with counseling. We will work together to help you find your core strengths and identify other coping methods that can help you get to a healthier place.

  • We are open Mon 9-5, Tue 9-5, Wed 9-5, Thu 9-5, Fri 9-11, Sat 9-2

  • Yes! We offer easy access and a client portal that allows you to have control over booking appointments for times that suit your schedule.

  • You will be expected to pay your insurance co-pay amount or our private pay rate of $120-$150

  • Yes. We currently take, Blue Cross/Blue Shield & UHS/UMC

  • We are located in the back of The Edge Church in Azle, TX. We are off the Jacksboro Hwy / 199 service road.
